LIFEGROUPS
In person Life Groups are set to begin January 24th, both at 8:30am and 11:00am.

WORD ON WEDNESDAYS- Begins January 6th
Word on Wednesdays are back!
Each age group will meet together. We will all be socially distanced and masked up. Safety protocols will be the same for Wednesday night as they are for Sundays.
Kids: Nursery - 6th Grade
Kids will be coming together in the Kid's Building to kick off the new year with games, a lesson and instructions for what the year is going to look like.
Procedures:
- Taking everyone’s temperature before they enter the Kids Building.
- An individual checking in each child instead of parents each using the iPad.
- Parents dropping off at the door without entering the room.
- One-way traffic: Preschool and nursery age children can be dropped off in their class. Signups for elementary are upstairs. Parents are welcome to stay to gather info. If they leave simply exit the stairs in the back by the playground.
- Instead of diaper bags, drop off Ziplock bags with essentials to help minimize contact between household items and workers.
- Workers wear gloves when serving snack and changing diapers.
- Snacks will be individually packaged.
- Wipe down common worker surfaces such as countertops and tables between rotations
- Workers and parents will wear masks at all times.
Students: 7th-12th Grade
Students will meet in the student center socially distanced, wearing masks with games, giveaways and a devotion.
Adults:
We are offering 2 classes this semester:
Class1: Financial Peace University with Carol Flynn. This class begins tonight!
Class 2: Age Of Opportunity: A Biblical Guide To Raising Teens by Paul David Tripp led by Pastor Randy & Tracy. Tonight you can pick up your books and materials. The class will begin next week.

AREAS OF SERVICE::
First in the Nursery for Worship Service – we want to get to a 6-week rotation and need 12 more volunteers to make this happen. If you would like to serve in the nursery and want more information, please email Pastor Taylor.
We need 4 volunteers to serve as Life Group Administrative Assistants. Ms. Jackie will train you on serving in the Life Group office on Sunday mornings. If you would more information or ready to volunteer, please contact Pastor Brian or Ms. Jackie Anderson.
If some of those opportunities haven’t appealed to you yet, we are needing 4 folks to sign up to be Life Group Substitutes for our Children’s classes during the 11:00 Life Group time. If you could substitute, please contact Pastor Brian.

NURSERY/ KIDS' WORSHIP PROCEDURES AND SAFETY

- Instead of diaper bags, drop off Ziplock bags with essentials to help minimize contact between household items and workers.
- Workers wear gloves when serving snack and changing diapers.
- Snacks will be individually packaged.
- Wipe down common worker surfaces such as countertops and tables between service and life group hour shifts.
- Disinfect surfaces and toys at the end of life group hour before leaving.
- Workers and parents will wear masks at all times.On September 20th we will be opening our nursery

G2G
G2G stands for Generation to Generation and will be Calvary’s Family Ministry Plan. G2G will be kicking off on October 25th and every week you will be hearing a little about it. G2G is based from Psalm 78:1-7. I am so looking forward to G2G as it is for all ages from 1 day old to 100 years old. Every person at Calvary matters and this ministry will be for all of us.
